I recently acted for a client who was charged with Mid Range PCA. He also had a previous Mid Range PCA offence on his record. The result – S.10 no conviction recorded, no fine, licence handed back to him immediately in Court. Many solicitors would say it’s impossible to get a S.10 for a Mid Range PCA let alone the second one! However, with proper preparation and excellent submissions, results like this can be achieved. My client was extremely happy, especially since he was able to drive back to work the same day as Court and got to work by 11.30am! Another happy client.
